As part of the National Football Federation’s Collegiate Awards, The Wuerffel Trophy was the first major award honoring the character of service to others.
The Wuerffel Trophy was founded to honor college football players who serve others, celebrate their impact, and inspire greater community service in the world.

We are proud to work in harmony with the All Sports Association to present the Wuerffel Trophy at the Annual All Sports Banquet held every February in Florida. Keynote speakers have included Bo Jackson, Tim Tebow, Nick Saban, Deion Sanders, Bobby Bowden and Archie Manning.
The All Sports Association‘s primary mission is to provide contribution of time to raise money for local youth oriented non-profit sports organizations. Through the proceeds from the annual banquet, the dues paying volunteer group helps fund numerous charitable causes including the Boys and Girls Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Special Olympics. We are proud to present the Wuerffel Trophy during the ASA annual banquet.
